I began my professional career as a legal consultant at PwC, directing the legal area of the Intellectual and Industrial Property department of a multinational.
In 2014, I founded The Legal Hat, my own firm specializing in protecting and exploiting intangibles, technological contracting, patronage. technology, new technologies, digital businesses, cybersecurity, and Data Protection, as well as recurring services in contractual matters (service contracts, distribution, license, agency, assignment, and sale of assets, among others)
Throughout the years, as a womanpreneur, I have advised hundreds of companies, startups, SMEs, large international corporations, entrepreneurial projects. I have seen one thing in common in all of them: ideas; if we do not protect them, they fly.
In a new era of providing legal services, security, protection, and trust, I believe in adapting to the reality we live in, dynamic, ever-changing, and alive. I am passionate about creativity, good ideas, and courageous people who want to carry out their projects and make their dreams come true. That is why I work day after day to turn a good idea into a project for the future, with legally solid foundations.
